We have been presented with a photographic likeness of Judge Douglas, by the Brothers Tileston. It is excellent as a work of art, and the likeness represents the Judge as he appeared a few years ago, before his former serene expression had been made rigid and severe by rough encounters with Lecomptonism.

Dissolution Notice - The co-partnership heretofore existing between W. W. Tileston, J. D. Randall, and C. M. Tileston, under the name and style Tileston, Randall & Co., was this day dissolved by mutal consent. The business hereafter will be conducted by the Messrs. Tileston, under the name and style of Tileson Bros., who are along authorised to settle the business of the late firm. Jan. 25, 1860
It is with many regrets that I withdraw from the above firm, and in doing so tender my grateful acknowledgments to the numerous customers of the gallery, for their liberal patronage while I was connected with it. The Tileston Brothers, it is well known, are fully competent to sustain the reputation of the Sun Beam Photograph Gallery, and I hope the public will bestow on them the patronage which that establishment justly merits.
