A 20th-Century Hist. and Biog. Record of Elkhart Co, 1905, Deahl, p. 745-46: mentions that he moved to Elkhart from his native Ohio when he was 2, became machinist and for some time was also engaged as a dentist. They now (1905) make their home in Florida.
