"Galbraith Sells Studio: 46 Years in Photo Career." Hyneman says he has been an amateur photographer several years. Galbraith calls him 'semi-pro.'" Hyneman came to Columbus in 1963 as manager of the High Acres Orchard west of Columbus on the county's highest hill; later leased it. Jointed Dan Pieper of Pieper Farm Service in 1976. Said his interest in photography and mechanical inclination led him toward Galbraith's business. He is NJ native. BS degree in agriculture from Purdue. He and wife Carole have 3 children at home (Felicia, Elizabeth, Douglas) and 2 grown children.

"Galbraith in 1975 opened Galbraith Photo Center at the northeast corner of The Commons. . . . Galbraith, of Grandview Lake, sold his photo business last Monday to Frank Hyneman, 314 Flat Rock. He'll stay on at the business until April as an adviser. . . .Why is Galbraith getting out? 'Frank Hyneman came along and asked if I wanted to sell the business. Well I'm old and tired and want to go fishing and see parts of the country I've never seen before. It didn't take much arm twisting to sell.' . . . Employees Carolyn Sheets and Alice Thixton will continue working at the business which will retain the Galbraith Photo Center name. "
