(Hoy) Densel Journal-Gazette (Fort Wayne, Indiana), December 13, 1910 Edward Densel for the past nine years a resident of this city, having moved here in 1901 from Monroeville, his birthplace, died yesterday morning at his residence, 137 Wallace street, at the age of 49 years, 1 month and 16 days. Death was due to complications and followed an illness that dates back nine months. Mr. Densel has been employed as a motorman on the traction lines here for some time and was a popular among the employees of the company. Surviving are the widow and four children- Mrs. Lee Pillars, of Monroeville; Mrs. Clyde Burkhead and Goldie and Emery Densel, of this city; six grandchildren, three brothers- Henry and Frank Densel, of Convoy, O., and Cyrus Densel, of Warsaw, and one sister, Mrs. Ellis Welch, of Convoy. The deceased was a member of I.O.O.F. No. 283, Monroeville. For a number of years he had served as marshal at Monroeville.
