W. C. Hunton and family, and Miss Ida Taylor, who have been in New Hampshire for the past 3 months, are expected home about the middle of the month. Mr. Hunton is reported much improved in health, and expects to resume work at his photogrpahic gallery immediately upon his return.

Boonville Enquirer (Boonville, Indiana), April 29, 1893, p. 4 - Photographer W. C. Hunton has secured the service of Mr. Earnest Fritts, who will soon commence the work of getting up a club for Crayon and Water Color Portraits. Those desiring work in this line, will find it greatly to their advantage to secure tickets from him. The prices charged at the gallery for framed portraits, without a club ticket, are about double the amount charged the holders of tickets. Tickets sold only by the agent. Positively not at the studio. All work guaranteed.

OriginalSource: According to the 1899 Boonville Sanborn Map, sheet 2, a photo studio was on the 2nd floor above a drugstore on the SW corner of 2nd and Main Streets, then addressed 114 2nd St. The post office was across the street on the NW corner.  It had a side skylight on the north side (Main St.). The building still stands as of 2020 and then housed Yesterdaze Bar & Grill at 101 S. 2nd St. The slant sidelight, only on the 2nd floor, is roofed with shingles and has 2 skylights on it.

Mr. Hunton feels confident of his ability to give entire satisfaction, in the execution of work entrusted to his care.
