Possibly this person - So far I've found no evidence that Alonzo Maxwell Williams was a photographer, but it appears that he had this profession between census years (1900 and 1910)

A. M. Williams has moved the Elite Photo Car to Hagerstown and is now ready for business. Those wishing photographs for Christmas should come in early and avoid the usual holiday rush. [also mention in Dec. 12, 1901]

Hagerstown Exponent, 24 July 1902, p. 3 - When you come to the Hagerstown Fair, stop at the Elite Photo Car, corner Main and Perry streets, and get 15 photos for 25 cts. Larger photographs at low prices.

Hagerstown Exponent, 18 Sept 1902, p. 3 - Those wishing the Thornburg and Keever Reunion pictures, should order them at once. They may be seen at the Elite Photo Car, at Hagerstown.
