"Says She Saw Clerk Pat Cheeks of her Employer" - details from divorce suit of Rebecca Buell against Wm. Buell, well known W. Franklin st. photographer and ice dealer. Rebecca alleged that Buell, whom she married 35 years ago, left their home at 1218 W Frank St last Dec. and went to live with Miss Minert, W Illinois St. Minert had been employed in Buell's office and had also lived with the Buells. Buells had 3 adopted children.

The sensational divorce suit of Rebecca against Wm. Buell, Franklin st photographer, was finally disposed of in Circuit court today by Judge Rasch's official decree granting mrs. Buell a decree and custody of the adopted children. She got $800 alimony.

Photographer Wedded Again - Wm. A. Buell, W. Franklin St photographer, last night married Miss Lena Meinert, whose golden tresses, he said when his wife was suing him for divorce recently, had wrapped themselves around his heart so that he could love Mrs. Buell no more. Miss Meinert had been employed in Buell's gallery. The marriage was performed by Rev. C. C. Christianson at the home of a relative of the bride on Louisiana st. The couple left for Florida, where Buell intends to open a gallery.
