p. 1 Mr. Biddlecome, the new artist, has been making some fine out-door views during the past week. / He made a fine negative of the "iron horse" which hauls the work-train last Tuesday. 
P. 4 J. A. Biddlecome wishes to announce to the people of Mentone and vicinity that he is now ready to do any class of work belonging to the photographic art. A new room built expecially to accommodate the business, a good outfit of instruments and stock, together with a long experience at the business make it possible for him to do the very best of work and to guarantee satisfaction.

J. A. Biddlecome, the photographer who was here last spring taking pictures in a tent and who moved his family to this place some time ago after visiting a number of the surrounding towns and enjoying a fair trade in his line arrived home Wednesday. He expects to remain here during the winter.

Two weeks ago J. E. Smith of Van Wert came here and opened up a branch photograph gallery in the Buchanan gallery expecting to be here every Friday and Saturday of each week. Biddlecome who at once took charge and is now ready to receive customers every day of the week. John and Art Buchanan, of near Payne, Ohio, are in town this week fitting up their gallery rooms above their store building on South street, which will be occupied by J. A. Biddlecome for his picture gallery.

J. E. Smith, of Van Wert, was in town Tuesday. He has rented the Buchanan photograph rooms in this place and will open up a gallery and will be prepared to receive work on or about Friday and Saturday, Setp. 22 and 23. Smith is one of the leading photographer of Van Wert and bears the reputation of turning out nothing but first class work. As he has located with us our people with all surrounding community should favor him with their patronage.

They will remain here for a few days only, after which they will visit all the surrounding towns and travel during the summer. Both are citizens of this place and Biddlecome's reputation for executing good work is too well known for us to explain.
