New Jersey St. The co. advertised itself as commercial photographers, specializing in "furniture, machinery, harness, caskets, mantels, etc." and "fine view work" and as engravers using all known processes and printers of fine catalogues. In 1899 Walter J. Woodworth (a former employee) and William H. Bass bought the co. and changed name to Woodworth and Company. Today the company is W. H. Bass Photo Company.
