The subscriber would respectfully announce to the public of Richmond, and Wayne county generally, that he has purchased of Messrs. Rea & Bailey, the elegant Daguerreian Gallery recently opened by them in Richmond, on the corner of Main and Pearl streets, and is ready and able to supply pictures in the best style of the art, and at reasonable rates. As a recommendation, he deems it sufficient to say  that he has for some time past been associated and operating with those celebrated artists, uses their superior processes, and establishes himself with their best wishes. Main and Pearl sts, over Jason Ham's Dry Goods Store, Richmond, IN--At the establishment will not only be found elegant and most conveniently arranged assortment, unsurpassed in this respect, but every necessary appliance for furnishing pictures of any size and to perfect satisfaction. He is determined also that the prices shall suit as well as the pictures. Call and see.  N. B.--Daguerreotypes and Engravings accurately copied, and likenesses of deceased persons taken.  Instructions in the art and practical knowledge of the latest and most approved methods, given to those who may wish to receive it. Joseph Kelley, Daguerreotypist.
Richmond Palladium, Dec. 8, 1854, p. 4: Wayne Co. Daguerreian Gallery, The undersigned wishes to inform the citizens of Richmond, and the public generally, that he has purchased the Wayne County Daguerreian Gallery, third story, over Jason Ham's store, cor. of Main and Pearl sts. Mr. Kelly, the former proprietor and gentlemanly operator, will always be found at the rooms, and those wishing to "secure the shadow ere the substance fades," would do well to give him a call. H. W.
