The managers and proprietors of the City Gallery, located at No. 410 West Main Street in Brazil, Indiana, were The Wilkins Brothers. The brothers' parents were Sarah (Chivers) and James Wilkins. Theodore Wilkins, the fifth and youngest of the Wilkins brothers was the manager. Albert and Luther were part of the Wilkins Brothers that operated the City Gallery. [cut off]
