Photographic Miniatures: Mr. W. R. Williams, an accomplished proficient in the art of M. Daguerre, has arrived in this city with an intention of practising the wonderful process of obtaining perfect miniatures by the action of light upon prepared plates. The specimens of Mr. W. are much better than any heretofore taken here, and those desirous of obtaining beautiful facsimiles of their own faces, or those of friends, cannot do better than to call upon him.
