OriginalSource: Delphi Weekly Times, June 5, 1852, p. 3: Daguerreotype Likenesses. The undersigned will be in Delphi in about 3 weeks from this time for the purpose of accommodating those who wish a perfect likeness of themselves or family--put up in such a manner as to suit the most fastideous. Terms reasonable. F. D. Cory [May 15, 1852]

June 26, 1852, p. 2: Daguerreotype: the skillful daguerreotypist F. D. Cory has opened a gallery in the 2nd story of Mr. Bowers brick building. His established reputation as an artist and a gentleman has already furnished him with a good share of business and we doubt not, when it is generally known he has returned he will have his hands full. All those who consider themselves good looking and feel desired of securing exact likenesses will do well to give him a call.
