"Death of Carson Cooley. Carson Cooley, who for many years has been engaged in the photography business at this place, died at 5 o'clock on Thursday morning, August 1, after an illness of only a few days. He was 44 years of age. He came here from Bartholomew County. Several years ago he was married to Miss Belle Adkins, daughter of Charles Adkins, of this place, by whom he had two children, who, with the wife, survive him. The funeral took place on Friday, with interment in the new cemetery."
