Crawfordsville Review (Crawfordsville, Indiana), January 3, 1891, p. 1 Ad: "The New Photograph Gallery is making the finest cabinets ever made in Crawfordsville, and prices very low for such fine work. Be sure you visit Lawson's New Gallery over Con. Cunningham's store, when you come to Crawfordsville." Crawfordsville Weekly Journal (Crawfordsville, Indiana), April 18, 1891, p. 5 Ad: "Do you want to save money? If so go to Lawson's New Gallery over Con Cummingham's Store for your Cabinet Photographs. Only $2 per dozen. I guarantee as fine work in every particular as you would pay from $4 to $5 for at other galleries." Crawfordsville Weekly Journal (Crawfordsville, Indiana), May 26, 1892 C. A. Martin, who has been in the employ of T. W. Lawson for the last few years, has purchased a gallery in Covington and will go there to run it. Crawfordsville Review (Crawfordsville, Indiana), August 15, 1891, p. 4 "Lawson, the photographer, is doing a big business. Fifteen thousand of his fine cabinets made at $2 per dozen are in Crawfordsville and vicinity, some of which are in almost every house. They make the $5 cabinets look sick. Lawson's is the only gallery that has ever been in Crawfordsville that made strictly first class work at $2 per dozen. Compare his $2 cabinets with the $4 or $5 cabinets made by others and see for yourself." Crawfordsville Review (Crawfordsville, Indiana), December 3, 1892 "Read This Carefully." Letter from T. W. Lawson warning against buying a ticket for a large crayon free but required to buy a $4-8 cheap shell, gilt frame worth $1. "the large cheap picture is like a chromo made in the cities by thousands and will soon fade." Offeres frames for one third what they charge. Finest cabinets $2 per dozen, large groups and paris panels proportionally low. Crawfordsville Daily Journal (Crawfordsville, Indiana), October 18, 1893 Mentions T. W. Lawson, the enterprising photographer over the First National Bank. Crawfordsville Review (Crawfordsville, Indiana), November 4, 1893, p. 4 Ad: For a short time Lawson will make the best cabinets for $1.00 per dozen. Crawfordsville Daily Journal (Crawfordsville, Indiana), November 27, 1893 T. W. Lawson is now running a picture gallery at Terre Haute in addition to his establishment at this place.
